Yes, there seems to be quite a few good books on the horizon.
We had the ARC for American Dirt for the longest. By the time I decided I wanted to read I got sick and by the time I went back to work someone took it. I guess you snooze you loose.

I’m eager to read Zora Neale Hurston’s book! I’ve always loved her writing, and I’m sure this’ll be no exception, even if it’s nonfiction. I hadn’t heard of Blackwood, but I’m definitely adding it to my TBR! It sounds great.

And, today is Hurston’s 129th birthday, so it makes this collection all the more timely. Right in the middle of her birth and her death.

I’m interested to see what happens/happened. I’m hoping it doesn’t crash and burn like other prequels. 🤞

I’m so excited for the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes! It looks so good, and I’ve missed the world of Panem just a little! This is a great list, and I’ll be adding most of them to by TBR
