I can’t believe it. My favorite time season of the year is upon us. I love the fall, when we’re privy to it. It gets cooler and I put on my sweats and my sock monkey socks

A Few Books on my Fall TBR Wish List

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday really didn’t light a fire under me. So, I thought I’d post some of the books I wish I had to read this Fall. But alas I’m trying to catch up. You can see my Fall TBR here.

1. Home Fire by Kamila Shamsie
   Although Home Fire didn’t make it to the Man Booker Prize short list it’s on the long list with a host of other spectacular authors. I’ve seen mixed reviews on this and it’s either people love it or hate it.The suspenseful and heartbreaking story of an immigrant family driven to pit love against loyalty, with devastating consequences.

   Two families’ fates are inextricably, devastatingly entwined, in this searing novel that asks: What sacrifices will we make in the name of love?
