The Votes Are In

Thank you to all that voted on the books I would read for the Make Me Read It and Bout of Books readathons and for the month of August.

The Make Me Read It readathon. It’s hosted by  Ely @ Tea & Titles and Val @ The Innocent Smiley runs from August 6th – 13th. It’s hard to believe that it’s been 4 months since the last Bout of Books and excited for BoB20, which will run from August 21-27. I’m sure it’ll be just as much fun.

Without further adieu, the breakdown. . .

I will probably only be able to read 3 books this month with everything that’s going on, but I’m going to shoot for 4. Since there was a three-way tie and I didn’t have time to post a tie breaker, I decided I would read them alpha by author.

August 14-20: “Free Week” – Don’t Look Now by Daphne du Maurier

August 21-27: Bout of Books 20 readathon – The Sympathizer by Viet Nguyen

August 28-31: “Free Week” – Swing Time by Zadie Smith
